How delivery works
There are two ways to get a trailer from us. You come get it, or we bring it to you.
Either way you start the same way. Pick a trailer, request your dates, and we confirm.
Pick it up
Our lot is at 2745 FM 1377 in Princeton, TX. We are there Monday to Friday, 9 to 2, and by appointment any other time.
Pickup means you tow it. You need a vehicle and hitch that can pull the trailer you chose, and every listing shows the trailer’s length and type so you can check before you request. If you are not sure your truck can handle it, the tow guide at BuyAnyRV explains payload and tongue weight in plain language.
When you tow it yourself we also need proof of insurance covering the trailer for your rental period.
Or we deliver
We tow it to your campsite, event, or property and set it up there. Listings that offer delivery show how far from Princeton we will go. Delivery is quoted by distance when you request your dates, and we confirm the price with you before your booking is final.
On the request form, choose “Deliver it to me” and give us the address or the campground name.
What we need to know about the spot
This is the part that decides whether the day goes smoothly, so it is worth two minutes when you request.
- Where exactly. An address is fine. A campground name and a site number is better. A pin is best.
- How we get in. We are towing something long. Low branches, a tight gate, a sharp turn off the road, and soft ground after rain are all things we would rather hear about before we are looking at them.
- How level it is. A steep slope or a deep rut is worth mentioning.
- What is there. Power, water, and sewer, some of those, or none. Tell us what is there and we will tell you what to plan for.
If you do not know an answer, say so. It is a normal question and we would rather sort it out before your dates than on the day.
Delivery day
We bring the trailer to your spot and set it up.
When your dates end
Your refundable deposit comes back after we inspect the trailer once it is returned, as your listing states.
Before any of this
- Pick your trailer. Every listing is inspected and road-ready.
- Request your dates. There is no charge to request.
- We confirm. A request is not a booking. It becomes one when we confirm availability and the total price with you.
- Pickup or delivery. Then it is yours for your dates.
What we need from you
You must be at least 25 and hold a valid driver’s license. If you tow it yourself, we need proof of insurance covering the trailer for the rental period. The deposit, cleaning fee, minimum stay, and cancellation policy are shown on each listing before you request.
